Mohammed Abubakar Jibia
Mohammed Abubakar Jibia is Executive Director of Finance and Administration.
He holds a B.Sc. Degree in Sociology/Mass Communications, Msc in Economics and a Masters in Banking and Finance from Bayero University, Kano State; a Masters in Business Administration from Ahmadu Bello University, Kano State Nigeria.
He started his career in banking with the Central Bank of Nigeria Kano State, Nigeria, where his exemplary qualities placed him in distinguished positions such as Senior Supervisor, Assistant Manager, Manager/Senior Manager and Assistant Director. He was later transferred to the Abuja Co-coordinators Office where he contributed immensely to the take-off of the Central Bank of Nigeria, Abuja Branch. He was later deployed to the Development Finance Department and then to the Human Resource Department where he worked in the Manpower Division, Learning Administration and Customer Service Division.
Mohammed Jibia is a member of many professional bodies which include the Nigeria Institute of Management, the Nigeria Economic Society, the Nigeria Institute of Training and Development etc. He is also a Certified Customer Relations Manager.
Lateef O.T Shittu
Lateef O.T Shittu is Executive Director, Strategy and Research.
He is an Economist, Human Capital Development expert, and a seasoned manager, with over twenty eight (28) years experience in both the private and the public sectors.
After a stint with National Oil & Chemical Company – formerly Shell Oil Marketing, Shittu was appointed Deputy Director (Privatization and Commercialization) with the Bureau of Public Enterprise. He equally served as Special Assistant to the Hon. Minister of Transport and Communication, during which he was saddled with the responsibility for the establishment of Nigeria Communication Commission, an assignment he discharged creditably. He was pioneer Director, Finance and Administration and Corporate services respectively in the Commission.
Shittu is a member of several professional associations including Fellow, Nigerian Institute of Governance and Leadership Technology; Fellow, Institute of Administrators and Research, and Fellow, Salzburg Seminar in Salzburg, Austria. He was also Member/Delegate, Commonwealth Development and Economic Forum and Nigeria’s Antennae for European Union Industrial Development Agency in Brussels.
An Alumnus of Wittenberg University, Ohio USA, Giordano De Amore Institute of Banking and Finance, Milan Italy and Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, Nigeria, he is a proud recipient of Several Merit Awards.
